Under the aegis of Mr. Kris Agrawal, Coal Gas Mart LLC was established in the year 2001 with a view to Explore and produce Oil & Gas and Coal Bed Methane in USA and other countries. We along with our affiliates are in the business of Exploration and Production of Coal Bed Methane (CBM), Oil and Gas in Oklahoma since year 2001.

We have CBM, Oil and Gas Acreage and operations in States of Oklahoma, Utah, New Mexico, Texas etc. We have also acquired CBM assets in India in partnership with local companies Deep Industries Limited (www.deepindustries.com), who is an Oil & Gas field Service Provider and Adinath Exim Resources Limited. We acquired 2 CBM blocks SR(N)-CBM-2005/III in Madhya Pradesh and GV(N)-CBM-2005/III in Andhra Pradesh in the CBM-III Round of Government of India in the year 2006.
